*A signed rental agreement is required to rent the cabin. The agreement will be sent to you when you reserve the cabin.

A security Deposit of $200 is required before check-in.

North Carolina Sales Tax is 7%

Renters are fully responsible for damages in excess of deposit.

Deposit will be mailed within 72 hours.

To make a reservation:

Request a reservation either by phone, 941-748-6747 or email rentals@chapinmountaincabins.com.

Chapin Mountain Cabins will hold your Reservation for 5 days once you request a reservation.

33% deposit is required to hold reservation, it must be received within 5 days.

45 days prior to check-in remainder of Rental Fee and a separate check for Security Deposit of $200 is due.

For check-ins within the twenty-one day window total Rental Fees must be received before check-in.
